Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the JARAI Media Studio platform ("Service") operated by JARAI Media Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

The Service is designed for the lawful creation, production, and distribution of media content. You may use the Service to:

  • Produce original media content across supported formats (video, audio, text, images, music)
  • Distribute content to connected platforms in accordance with those platforms' own terms of service
  • Manage content strategies, production pipelines, and distribution schedules
  • Analyse content performance and optimise production strategies

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to produce, distribute, or promote content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
  • Contains or promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or violence against any individual or group
  • Is designed to mislead, defraud, or deceive, including deepfakes intended to impersonate real individuals without consent
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or other malicious code or techniques
  • Promotes illegal activities, including the sale of controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit goods
  • Exploits or endangers minors in any way
  • Constitutes spam or unsolicited bulk content

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt to circumvent content quality gates, compliance policies, or safety filters built into the Service
  • Use the Service to artificially inflate engagement metrics, views, or subscriber counts on any platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
  • Use automated means to access or interact with the Service beyond its intended interface and API
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where platform policies or applicable law require disclosure

4. Platform Compliance

Content distributed through the Service must comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of each destination platform (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Instagram, and Amazon). You are responsible for understanding and adhering to these platform-specific requirements.

JARAI provides compliance tools and quality gates to assist with platform adherence, but ultimate responsibility for published content remains with you.

5. Intellectual Property

You must have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any input material you provide to the Service, including but not limited to brand assets, voice samples, reference materials, and source content. You must not use the Service to produce content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. AI Transparency

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, you must disclose that content was produced with the assistance of AI. JARAI includes metadata and labelling tools to facilitate compliance with AI transparency requirements.

7. Resource Usage

Your use of the Service must remain within the fair usage limits of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consume resources significantly beyond their plan allocation or that adversely impact other users' experience.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or conduct that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@jarai.studio. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

9. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this policy:

  • Issue a warning
  • Remove or disable access to offending content
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report the violation to relevant authorities where required by law

The severity of our response will be proportionate to the nature of the violation, your history of compliance, and any applicable legal obligations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a notice on jarai.studio at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
